Standard Lead Time: 2-3 business days (Begins after proof is approved)
1) Choose Your Product
Select your desired product and customize your order details, including project title, quantity, paper stock, and bindery options. Once complete, proceed to the upload area to submit your artwork.
2) Upload files
After uploading your files, click Continue to add the product to your cart. Choose your preferred turnaround time and proceed to the secure checkout.
3) Checkout
Enter your payment information and shipping address (If applicable). Review your order details and click Submit to finalize. An invoice will be sent to your email immediately upon successful payment.
4) Proofing
If we identify any technical issues with your artwork, we will contact you immediately. Otherwise, expect a digital proof for review within 1–2 business days. Please review it carefully for spelling, layout, and image quality. As custom print jobs cannot be restocked, orders may not be cancelled once the proof is approved.
5) Production
Following your formal approval, we will schedule your job for production based on your selected turnaround time. We will notify you as soon as your project is ready for pickup or delivery.
